My bio
It’s been a long and exciting ride since my early days of offering “performance optimization services” when we launched Linkwise in 2008 (the first and largest Performance Marketing Network in Greece). Since then, I have worked on projects small and large (some, VERY large) and am probably best known for my work with UXlab, the Atcom business unit I founded and directed for 6 exciting years.

Director
In 2012 I founded UXlab, a new business unit for Atcom. We were the first to exclusively focus on UX Services, quickly becoming the most well known and respected agency on all things UX. We took on some of the most innovative and challenging projects in Greece and solidified UX as an integral part of any digital project. Check out some of the projects I worked on.
2012-2018
Secretary General
I was one of the founding members of the Greek Ecommerce Association and was elected as the organization’s Secretary General for the first year of its operation.
2012
Head of Digital Strategy
After Linkwise partnered with Atcom in order to grow the business even further in 2011, I worked as Head of Digital Strategy helping Atcom’s large accounts effectively navigate the digital landscape and formulate their overall UX Strategy.
2011-2012
Co-founder
Along with business partners George Symeonidis and George Sotiropoulos, we launched the first and largest Performance Marketing Network in Greece. Among other things, I provided Performance Optimization services to clients, helping their websites achieve higher conversions through small improvements to the UI. 10 years later Linkwise remains #1, representing 500 Greek and international merchants and a network of over 10.000 publishers
2008
Co-founder
Upon our return from the UK, my partner George Symeonidis and I launched an ecommerce business specializing in Experience Gifts and Corporate Experiences. The business ran successfully for 10 years, offering thousands of customers unique experiences and working with corporate clients like HSBC, Germanos, Unilever and more.

Past projects
As Director at UXlab, I had the privilege of working with the country’s leading organizations on what were some of their most demanding projects. Here is a selection of projects I’ve worked on over the years. It’s by no means exhaustive, but it should give you an idea of the kind of work I do:
I led a series of very interesting UX projects aimed at the organization’s employees and other internal stakeholders. We led the total rethink of the Intranet Strategy, conducted First Click Testing, User Testing and produced high fidelity Wireframes. We performed Contextual Inquiries and Tree Testing when we redesigned a new content management system. And finally, for the relaunch of a process flows Intranet, we conducted Focus Groups before creating the new IA and UI.
Another long-term project, we were in charge of UX for the new ebanking interface and conducted a number of Stakeholder Interviews before creating the new IA for which we ran Tree Testing with the bank’s existing customers.
Always keen to innovate and be one step ahead, this leader in the Greek travel sector wanted to give Personalization a go. We planned and began executing the overall Personalization Strategy, as well as carrying out various small and large UX projects.
This was a great project to really make the most of core UX techniques, like Persona Development and Customer Experience Journey Mapping, as part of the overall UX Strategy which I led for the client.
I have planned, conducted and analysed many a User Testing sessions for clients such as IKEA, Praktiker, Kotsovolos, Aegean Miles&Bonus, Schibsted, Moustakas and more.
I’ve worked in various capacities on numerous other UX projects for the likes of Coral, Allianz, Goody’s, ICAP, Public, This is Athens, Proto Thema, Factory Outlet, Aerio Attikis, Nova and many more.
