The AI-shaped user: How customer expectations are changing
How AI is changing the way people search, navigate, decide and interact with digital products, and what businesses need to rethink as a result.
AI, UX & Product Training
AI is changing how people behave, what they expect from digital products, and how teams make decisions. But adapting doesn't mean adding AI everywhere.
These talks and workshops help leaders and product teams understand what's changing, make better decisions about where AI belongs, and design experiences that actually work for users.
Led by Katerina Karagianni, UX researcher, strategist, speaker & trainer with 18+ years of experience. About Katerina ↓

About
I'm a UX researcher and strategist with over 18 years of experience helping businesses understand their users and design better digital experiences.
My work sits at the intersection of user behaviour, product strategy and AI. I help teams cut through the hype, challenge assumptions and make informed decisions about how AI should, and shouldn't, shape their products and ways of working.
The workshops are built around two practical frameworks I've developed: DECIDE, for evaluating AI opportunities and defining what to build, and DESIGN, for creating AI experiences that are useful, intuitive and trustworthy.
I regularly deliver talks and training at conferences, institutes and companies:

Book a single talk, combine talks into a workshop, or apply them to your own product.
Have a different need? Every session can be adapted to your sector, your team and your goals.
Delivered in Greek or English, in person or remote.
